The following should not ח"ו negatively reflect on the Chusheveh Rabonim affiliated with Hishachdus.
It's the ones running the "business", that is the underlying issue.

Most people don't realize how much time, effort כובד ראש , יגיע, וכו goes into a Hashgocha.
Don't compare Hisachdus to other private Heimish Hashgochas,
Hisachdus is an Organizational Hashgocha.

Can Chazonim like Adler, Avrohom Fried, Helffgot, Lerner, Miller, Lipa Schmeltzer, Stark demand that a qualified kashrus organization run the kashrus? So there might be at least some level of kashrus.

We are talking about a cruise liner with some 2500-5000 + guests, a crew of some 1500, 10 + stories, with some 50 to 300 kosher guests among the other 4-5000 people.

For starters, A kosher certifier would need at large crew of Mashgichim for these cruises, not just 2. We question if it can be done at all-sometimes it's just not doable.

“There are many halachos one must consider before deciding to embark on a cruise,” adds Rabbi Goldberg. “Kashrus, tznius, Shabbos, and davening bring their own unique challenges onboard. Making sure that one is keeping those mitzvos properly would surely be a zechus (merit) to ensure one’s safety.”
Although, presently, STAR-K does not kosher certify any cruises, it would like to present just some of the several questions that Torah observant cruise passengers must face:
KASHRUS: What arrangements have been made to accommodate kosher food preparation? Is a kitchen dedicated to kosher food preparation, or has only a portion of a non-kosher kitchen been designated for kosher cooking? Will there only be a small percentage of the passengers who are kosher, making an especially problematic shared kosher and non-kosher situation more likely? Are you confident that everything will be cooked before Shabbos, and that the mashgichim will ensure that the staff follows the intricacies of the Shabbos laws of food preparation?
TZNIUS: Is it likely that your fellow passengers will show a lack of modesty, particularly if you are sailing to a sunny destination?
SHABBOS: Does the cruise leave within three days of Shabbos or Yom Tov, which Chazal have decreed is forbidden if the ship does not dock before Shabbos and remains in port during that Shabbos?
KABOLAS SHABBOS: How will you know when to accept Shabbos since, for security reasons, cruise lines are reluctant to release data to passengers and it is difficult to know exactly where the ship will be at any given moment?
ELECTRONICS: Will electronic cabin door locks, electric eye automatic door opening mechanisms, and sinks and toilets controlled by an electric eye, that have become commonplace on cruise ships, create a challenge on Shabbos?
SECURITY: If you return to the ship after a Shabbos stroll, can you be guaranteed that you will not set off alarms or lights at the metal detector? How will you get around showing your ticket (which may be muktza and forbidden to carry) and/or passport upon returning to the ship, so as not to cause Shabbos violations?

Shockingly! The kosher certifier gave him back the keys to the place after the locks were changed because you couldn't operate the place as a reliable kosher restaurant. The kosher certifier is having second thoughts re: the keys (3 years late) & they want to take away the keys. The status of kashrus will still remain as stated above. NO CHANGE
After checking up on the current status of kashrus, you can rest assured that the not the OU nor the Kof-K would grant their kosher certification. There was very valid kashrus reasons that the other Mashgichim left from there.

There was undue pressure put on the bais din, thertefore they are disqualified as the Bais Din pertaining to anything in this case.
Intimidation, pressure, bias, etc all disqualify any Bais din.
Rav Yechiel Tauber never signs by Mechon, especially on a siruv.
Hence there is no question on the non-validity of the Siruv.
There is no valid siruv, therefore the letter by the 4 Rabonim and the ORA involvement has no basis at all in Halacha. It's a sort of a check-mate!

Second UPDATE: Too many unanswered questions
I was visited on a Thursday evening by a Aryeh Malkiel Dodelson, after I told him that there was a 22 page package that was mailed to hundreds & it seems the Weiss's are on solid ground. He said he'll email me right away their version of undoctored documents to prove that they aren't lying. I never received the "Dodelson version"-I think it all points in one direction. (Did I feel threatened by him? somewhat, yes!)

There is nowhere mentioned a Mrs. Weiss the wife of Rabbi Weiss, not in the siruv and not in the letter to Reb Reuvain Feinstein, why?
Is it acceptable for a cousin that's a nogei'ah to sign on a demand letter with the other Rabonim?
We were advised that Reb Shmuel Kamenetsky told Reb R. Feinstein that his signature is a forgery.

Response to the Letter re: Weiss & Dodelson
Rabbi Dovid E. Eidensohn/2 Phyllis Terrace/Monsey, NY 10952/1-845-578-1917- 21 Adar 5773A signed letter from major Rosh Yeshivas (mind you, not Poiskim) has been issued attacking Rabbi Avrohom Mayer Weiss for not giving his wife, Dodelson, a GET. The letter declares three things:
Two, everyone should pressure him with public humiliations and by taking away his livelihood to force him to give his wife a GET.
All three things are completely wrong. Let us begin with the Siruv issued by Beth Din Machon LiHorah. Yes, they issued a Siruv and claimed that he did not respond to their demand that he go to a Beth Din to settle his issues with his wife.
But there is another Beth Din, that of Rav Gestetner in Monsey, that has issued a Bitul Siruv, claiming that the husband acted in a proper way and did accept the obligation to go to a Beth Din. The family claims that is has over twenty pages of proof in writing that they did accept the demand by Machon LiHorah to enter the Beth Din process to resolve the issues with his wife. So the issue must be resolved by a third Beth Din, impartial and fearless and not the cousin of the wife as in this letter.
Number two, is the mistaken demand made by the Rosh Yeshivas that everyone publicly humiliate him. Humiliating a husband so that he is coerced to give a GET makes an invalid GET. This is taught in the Rashbo VII:414, Radvaz II:118, Bet Yose 154 DH kosuve, and Chazon Ish 108:12. If the humiliation is very strong, such as the kind of humiliations demanded by the Rosh Yeshivas, Rabbeinu Yona considers it worse than murder (Shaarei Teshuva 139). See Brochose 23Aa Talmid Chochom was humiliated in public and committed suicide. Surely severe humiliation creates an invalid GET.
The same is true of the demand by the Rosh Yeshivas that people take away the parnoso of the husband. This is fiscal coercion that renders a GET invalid. See Choshen Mishpot 205:7 Ramo, Gro and others based on the sugya of Pardiso in Bovo Basro; Michtov MaEliyohu Simon 19.
Anyone who signed this document is not educated in the laws of Gittin or Choshen Mishpot. The fact that Rosh Yeshivas sign together with a cousin of one side and pasken as if they are the Beth Din even though they were accepted by only one side and did not hear the side of the husband shows they are ignorant of the most basic laws of Beth Din.
The Beth Din of HaGaon Rav Nissim Karelitz shlit”o in Bnei Braq has recently issued a letter stating that anyone who humiliates a husband or damages his income to force a GET has produced an invalid GET.
The letter from the Rosh Yeshivas in utter defiance of the most basic laws of Choshen Mishpot and Even Hoezer is wrong and is a disgrace. For shame.
